Slovak Antimony Corporation to appeal the ministry's decision to cancel the Trojárová exploration area
The company disagrees with the decision of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic, considers it insufficiently reasoned and will use all available legal remedies.

(Vancouver, Bratislava, 29 May 2026) Military Metals Corp., the parent company of Slovak Antimony Corporation (the “Company”), received on 28 May a decision of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic cancelling the Trojárová exploration area.
The Company is currently studying the decision in detail and assessing its full scope and consequences. The Company disagrees with the decision, considers it insufficiently reasoned and will use all available legal remedies, including an appeal (rozklad), which is decided by the Minister of the Environment on the proposal of a special commission. The appeal must be filed within 15 days of the date the decision is notified. The Company is determined to restore its rights in respect of the area and will keep its shareholders and the public informed of developments in the appeal proceedings.
The ministry listed the Trojárová exploration area in [exact title and date of the document – to be added], which the Slovak Republic prepared under Article 19 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1252 on critical raw materials. In the Company's view, the ministry's decision to cancel the Trojárová exploration area is therefore unexpected and inconsistent with the objectives of securing the supply of critical raw materials in Europe.
Military Metals, through Slovak Antimony Corporation, will continue to engage constructively with all relevant partners while exercising its legal rights.
There can be no assurance that the appeal or any other legal proceedings initiated by the Company will be successful, or that the exploration area will be reinstated.
